I LOVE BLUEBERRY PANCAKES!!!

The blueberry pancakes and Nueske’s bacon for breakfast at La Valencia are fabulous. First of all the size of the pancake was a pleasure to see. Not the size of the whole plate and not small silver dollars, these seemed proportional and the 'triple stack' was easily finished. Their color was golden. The blueberries were evenly distributed. Each pancake slightly risen, airy, and with texture. Butter, yes and plenty of it to put in between each pancake and of course lots of syrup. These pancakes are right up there with the lemon soufflé pancakes from the Renaissance Stanford Court and deserve my highest recommendation.
