2010 Leftover, Restaurant 555, Portland ME

Restaurant 555 in Portland, Maine was one of the better meals of the summer vacation. I've attached the menu for review. We sampled "Snails in a Pail, Blueberry Salad, Grilled Caesar with extra anchovies, Truffled Mac and Cheese, and the Fish in Paper. We paired our meal with a delicious Hanzell Chardonnay that evening.
