Peruvian Taco Truck?

The Cured Ham is always in search of a taco truck. I didn't exactly find one on my recent trip to Peru, but I did find this...I don't think they made the cut for the Food Network challenge. This picture is from the town of Cuzco, near Jack's Cafe (Jack's is in all the guidebooks and serves a proper English Breakfast).
